Return & Refund Policy – AivexDrive
At AivexDrive, we aim to deliver high-quality products at the best value. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and this policy explains how we handle returns and refunds.
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to this Return & Refund Policy.
1. Return Eligibility (14 Days)
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described
- The product does not match the order
To request a return:
- Contact us within 14 days at: support@aivexdrive.com
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Include photo/video evidence of the issue
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- We will offer a full refund or replacement
- Proof (video or photos of the issue and packaging) is required
- Claims without evidence cannot be processed
If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing accessories, the refund may be reduced based on the item’s condition.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
- The product is functioning correctly and as described
- Customer changed their mind after purchase
- Incorrect vehicle compatibility was not verified (e.g. no wired CarPlay support)
- Incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow instructions
- Item not collected, refused, or incorrect address provided
- Product returned used, damaged, or missing packaging/accessories
- Return request made outside the 14-day period
- Claims without sufficient photo/video proof
- Issues related to internet, SIM cards, or third-party apps
4. Change of Mind / “No Reason” Returns
- We understand that sometimes you may change your mind
- In some cases, we may offer a partial solution or agreement
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Shipping fees are non-refundable if a parcel is refused or not collected
- Reshipping requires a new shipping payment
5. Compatibility Disclaimer (VERY IMPORTANT)
Customers are responsible for verifying that their vehicle supports wired Apple CarPlay before purchasing.
AivexDrive is not responsible for incompatibility issues caused by unsupported vehicles, systems, or configurations.
6. Condition of Returns
All returned items must be:
- In original condition
- Unused
- With all accessories and original packaging
7. Evidence Requirement
All claims for defective or faulty products must include:
- Clear photos
- A short video showing the issue
Without sufficient proof, claims cannot be processed.
8. Delivery Protection (30-Day Rule)
- We ship orders quickly, but delays may occur due to carriers
- If your order is not delivered within 30 days after shipment, you may request a refund
- If the product arrives later, you may keep it at no extra cost
9. Chargeback Policy
Customers must contact us before opening any chargeback.
Failure to do so may result in the rejection of the claim.
10. Product Variations
AivexDrive products may come in different versions depending on vehicle brand, model, and infotainment system. Each version is designed for proper integration with compatible vehicles.
