• photos of the item, package and video of the issue.

👉 Providing photos or video helps us assist you faster, but is not required to initiate a return.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

• We will offer a replacement or refund upon return of the item

We may request photos or video to better understand the issue and provide faster support.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

Returns or refunds may not be accepted in the following cases:

• Product is functioning correctly and as described
• Incorrect vehicle compatibility (e.g. no wired Apple CarPlay)
• Incorrect installation or misuse
• Missing parts, damage, or incomplete returns

4. Change of Mind Returns

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Item must be returned in original condition
• Shipping fees are non-refundable

5. Compatibility Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for verifying that their vehicle supports wired Apple CarPlay before purchase.

We are not responsible for incompatibility due to unsupported vehicles or configurations.
